Redwood City, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, is proposing to rebuild the 101/84 Woodside Road interchange. This short survey is part of the community involvement for the design phase, and your answers will help us as this project moves forward. Please see these links for information about the project (you may want to have these links open while you're taking the survey, for reference): The intent is to modify the on- and off-ramp configuration at the interchange and adjacent local intersections to improve traffic flow, increase safety, and better accommodate pedestrian and bicycle access on surface streets to either side of Route 101. The project goals are to accommodate existing and future traffic demand; to enhance the mobility and safety of all users and modes; and to improve traffic operations at nearby intersections.
