A Community Benefits Program gives the City and residents a strong voice in ensuring that the general community shares in the benefits that can come from development.

"Partnership Redwood City" is a new Community Benefits Program being created by the City. It will establish policies that guide future development proposals to include benefits that are important to the Redwood City community. These may include, for example, benefits related to parks and open space, bicycle/pedestrian facilities, affordable housing, programs for the underserved, and others.

The purpose of this Topic is to get your ideas as to the priorities for the kinds of Community Benefits that should be considered for inclusion in this program.
